Terms of service
Upon Purchase:
By purchasing any spell work service, you agree to the following terms:
Refunds and Store Credit: No refunds are available for spell work, consults or tarot services.
Price Changes: Prices on the website may fluctuate during sales. If a sale occurs after your purchase, you are not eligible for the sale price on your previous order.
Service Termination : Dragon Witch Shop reserves the right to terminate any client services at any time.
After Booking :
After making a purchase, please complete Go to the contact us page, please email me your order number and information for the service you have selected. Once submitted, you will receive the scheduled date for your spell session(s). Without a rush fee, your order may be scheduled up to three weeks out, depending on demand.
You will receive your spell work photos via email within 14 business days of your scheduled date. Please note that while some videos of the spell work may be posted on our Instagram page [@dragonwitchshop](https://www.instagram.com/dragonwitchshop), not all bookings are shared publicly. If it has been more than 14 business days since your scheduled date and you have not received your photos, check your spam folder, and if necessary, contact us by email with your order number.
Final Reports: Final reports are not provided unless you have purchased the final report add-on. All orders include a photo collage with your order number. Multiple orders will be sent together, with dispatches occurring daily from Friday to Monday between 5:00 - 10:00 PM CST.
Unprofessional Behavior :
Unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated. When you book a service, you are booking both my time and the spirit's time. If you are rude, you will be blocked and will not receive your order or a refund. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. If you cannot understand the information provided on the FAQ page or the terms and conditions, please refrain from booking services. Repeatedly contacting us during the given time frame is unnecessary; patience is essential, and spiritual services should not be rushed.
