The answer to this is yes not always but yes. Its a tricky question. Sometimes you deal with very stubborn targets. This can lead to a spell not manifesting all the way. There may be some blockages, the person may have protection or you may be dealing with a very hardheaded individual. This is why is it important to have a consult done. Especially when dealing with love work. You want to identify any blockages that are present, you may have had work done somewhere else this can also be a major influence on how the spell will work. Doing too much or going from caster to caster can create a toxic energy and cause a backfire. It is really important to share as much detail as possible and be honest with what you are wanting to do. You may even be the problem, worrying to much and being fixated on the work, being obsessive can cause a block in the energy. This is why it is important after you have had the spell cast to forget about it just let it manifest. Don't go and create arguments or pester the person. You are creating a toxic environment.When it comes to love work, you can jump straight in by any means......... BUT I like to recommend working on issues first before starting any kind of obsession or domination spells. When you do work and there are issues present say there has been a lot of grief or hurt and emotional issues. You are going to want to work on healing those issues first and clearing out blockages. Otherwise you are going to continue to keep running into the same problem. Say you have a blockage for communication and you just want to jump straight into a come to me. There is going to be an issue with the spell or it will fizzle out quickly due to you not doing a block buster first.
Think of it this way, you can't drive a car with no tires... You have to fix that problem first. You're also not going to take a shower without any soap, the dirt will still be there when you get out. Do you see my point?
